On the first Thursday of each month St Luke’s runs a wonderful lunch for the senior citizens of the community. A talented team from the church provides a great meal, with the mouth-watering array of puddings a particular highlight!
There are normally upwards of fifty people at the meal, enjoying good company, good food and after the meal there’s a chance to hear a short talk on the Christian faith.
The meal costs just £4 per person, payable on entry. To book a place for next month contact Sandra Ford on 07722 272695.
