At St Luke’s our aim is to provide children and young people with the opportunity to discover more about Jesus, from taking a first look at Jesus, to questioning and exploring the truth of Jesus’ claims, and on to grappling with what faith in Jesus looks like in day to day life.

There are a number of different groups catering for different age ranges.

Crèche
For pre-school children (aged 0-3). The crèche runs throughout the service, so children can be taken there at whatever point they become to restless to remain in the main service.

Sparklers
For children in Nursery and Reception classes (aged 4-5).

Climbers
For children in primary school years 1 and 2 (aged 6-7).

Explorers
For children in primary school years 3 and 4 (aged 8-9).

Pathfinders
For children in primary school years 5 and 6 (aged 10-11).

Venturers
For children in secondary school years 7-9 (aged 11-14).

In addition to the Sunday morning Junior Church, there are also two youth groups for teenagers (The Point and Impact). Please let us know if you would like more information.
